THE PIG-on the Beach is a mellow country house perfectly situated along Studland Bay.
Designed in the same shabby chic style that has become THE PIG’s signature, THE PIG-on the Beach features Kitchen Garden Restaurant, indoor and outdoor bar and a wood fired oven serving a choice of Flatbreads.
THE PIG-on the Beach kitchen is overseen by Chef James Golding and Head Chef Andy Wright who’s two key lieutenants aren’t their sous chefs but forager and kitchen gardener.
THE PIG-on the Beach provides un-complicated and simple British garden food, true to the micro seasons and influenced by the forest and coast, with the emphasis squarely on fresh, clean flavours.
