Things to Do
Every day can be a different day with so much going on within the Isle of Purbeck. Take the opportunity to use Woodyhyde as a base to relax or participate in some of the other activities around.
The campsite is a great base for your holiday with the great beaches of Studland and Swanage close by with miles of golden sand to relax or play on!
Ideally situated for people who perhaps enjoy a more active break there are a number of walks in the Purbeck countryside or along the magnificent coastline making use of the popular South West Coastpath.
Other activities within easy reach including boating, diving, riding, fishing and cycling.
Fancy a day out then you could take a trip on the Swanage Railway, visit Corfe Castle or how about the Monkey World Centre. Need to keep the kids entertained then the campsite is also near the Putlake Adventure Farm.
If you fancy a drink and a bite to eat after an exciting or tiring day out then visit the local village of Langton Matravers, where you can sample the local ales and hospitality of the Kings Arms or the Ship Inn public houses.
