About our Campsite
Woodyhyde offers spacious, unmarked pitches across three large fields, giving you the freedom to choose your own spot on arrival. We welcome tents, campervans and motorhomes (caravans are not permitted), with a mix of grass and hardstanding pitches, electric hook-ups available, and dog-friendly camping in two of the fields.
One field runs alongside the Swanage Railway, where heritage steam trains regularly pass by — a distinctive and much-loved feature of the campsite. As one of the closest campsites to Corfe Castle, Woodyhyde is just a 20-minute walk from the historic village and castle ruins.
For those looking for a little extra comfort, we also offer glamping accommodation including shepherd’s huts and traditional yurts in a private paddock. Guests can enjoy clean, well-maintained toilet and shower blocks, a well-stocked onsite shop and off-licence, washing-up areas and free Wi-Fi across the site.
