Dear Campers,

Firstly we'd like to say a big thank you for all your amazing support during these strange times. We are happy to be re-opening on Saturday 4th July. We have been busy preparing the campsite and training the crew so everyone and everything is Covid compliant. You will notice some changes when you arrive, please abide by them.

Check-in:
On arrival, everyone must check in at reception before pitching up unless reception is closed. Times of closure will be displayed at the entrance. We ask that only the lead person enters the shop to check-in.

Contact Trace:
We are required to hold the details of the lead booker of each family for track & trace purposes. All guests and visitors must report to reception and provide contact details.

One way system:
There will be a one-way system in the shop/reception. To ensure social distancing, queuing will be outside.

Toilets and shower blocks:
Toilets and shower blocks will be open with extra cleaning processes in place. In addition to this we have an extra 24 toilets onsite. There are hand sanitizing points outside the toilet and shower block, please use these frequently.

  • Water taps, grey water and Elsan disposal point are all available to use.
  • Ice block hire will remain as usual and all ice packs will be cleaned before and after each use.
  • Masks and gloves can be worn on site but are not compulsory, please dispose of them in a safe manner.
  • Please show consideration and respect of all social distancing measures both in and outside the campsite.
