Sirius – Dog-Friendly Glamping at Woodyhyde
If you love camping but want to skip the hassle of pitching a tent, Sirius — our dog-friendly 5m yurt — is the perfect solution! Nestled in the peaceful private paddock at Woodyhyde Campsite near Corfe Castle, this spacious yurt comfortably sleeps up to 4 people, featuring a full-size double bed and a pull-out day bed with trundle. It's a relaxing way for families and couples to enjoy glamping on the beautiful Isle of Purbeck while bringing their four-legged companion along too.
While there are no cooking facilities inside the yurt, guests are welcome to bring small camping stoves or gas barbecues. Each yurt also comes with its own fire pit and picnic table with bench — perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars. Shared shower and toilet facilities are located nearby.
Dog-friendly: Sirius is our dedicated dog-friendly yurt, so well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay with you during your visit.

- Check-out: By 10 AM on the day of departure
Important Information
- Popular periods (school holidays & bank holidays) book up quickly — reserve early to avoid disappointment
- Minimum stay:
- 3 nights during summer holidays & bank holiday weekends
- 2 nights during off-peak season
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Smoking is not permitted inside the yurt
- As a family-friendly campsite, we ask all guests to respect the site guidelines
- The yurt will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival, but there is no daily cleaning service
- Please keep dogs under control and on leads around the campsite
