The Tank Museum at Bovington is one of Dorset’s most popular visitor attractions and home to the world’s largest collection of historic tanks and armoured vehicles. With over 300 vehicles on display, the museum tells the story of armoured warfare from the First World War through to modern conflicts.

What to See at The Tank Museum

Highlights include the world-famous Tiger 131, interactive galleries, immersive exhibitions and live vehicle displays that bring military history to life for visitors of all ages. Most visitors spend 3–4 hours exploring the museum, making it an ideal half-day or full-day trip.
